Following the four successful events (WCSB 2006, 2005, 2004, and 2003) hosted by Tampere University of Technology, Finland, the fifth WCSB event (WCSB 2008) hosted by the University of Leipzig, Germany, the sixth WCSB event (WCSB 2009) hosted by Aarhus University, Denmark, and WCSB 2010 at University of Luxembourg, the next WCSB event will be organized at ETH Zürich in Switzerland in June 2011.
WCSB aims at bringing together the different communities involved in computational systems biology research, e.g. experimental biology, machine learning, signal processing, mathematics, statistics, and theoretical physics. The scientific program includes invited plenary talks as well as regular sessions with contributed research talks and posters.
